Dr. Rashmi Suvedi, PT is a Clinical Physiotherapist specializing in Critical Care and Cardiorespiratory Rehabilitation, with over 10 years of experience in physiotherapy rehabilitation in Nepal.
She currently serves as the Head of Department and Consultant Physiotherapist at Helios Hospital. Previously, she worked as a Consultant Physiotherapist at Shree Birendra Hospital and Vayodha Hospital, and as a Incharge of Critical Care and Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy at Nepal Mediciti Hospital.

Dr. Suvedi, completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India. She holds an MSc in Clinical Physiotherapy from Coventry University, United Kingdom, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Montana, USA.
Her clinical and research interests focus on critical care rehabilitation, early mobilization,
ICU-acquired weakness, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and post-COVID rehabilitation. She has contributed to the development of national physiotherapy guidelines for COVID-19 management and is actively involved in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Dr. Suvedi serves as a Core Committee Member of the Asia Pacific Early Mobility Network and actively contributes to initiatives promoting early mobilization and rehabilitation practices across the region. She remains committed to advancing evidence-based physiotherapy and enhancing multidisciplinary rehabilitation services through clinical practice, research, and professional collaboration.
