Helios Radiant Loyalty is a patient loyalty membership program designed to offer exclusive discounts and privileges to patients availed of services at Helios Hospital. The program aims to reward loyal patients and make healthcare services more affordable through a dedicated loyalty card.
Any patient can become a Helios Radiant Member through either of the following ways:
Enrollment can be done by contacting the Billing Desk or Reception.
The Helios Radiant Card provides exclusive discounts and privileges on hospital services.
The discount percentage varies depending on the category of services, as per hospital policy, and is not fixed across all services.

(EMG, EEG, NPL, NCT and Audiometry)

Terms and Conditions
Anyone can become a member of the Helios Radiant Loyalty program by paying a one-time fee of a minimum of Rs. 500.
Enrollment: Patients automatically become members upon spending a one-time amount of Rs. 10,000 in a day.
Discount Amount: Discount amounts are subject to change at any time any other promotions.
Radiant Loyalty Usage: The Helios Radiant Loyalty is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered patient.
Modifications: The program terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without notice, to adapt to the evolving needs of patients and the hospital.
Termination: The hospital reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Helios Radiant Loyalty program at its discretion, with notice provided to patients.
Privacy: Patient information collected for the Helios Radiant Loyalty program will be kept confidential and used in accordance with the hospital’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
*Dental Service: Discount percentage vary depending on the category of dental procedures
